Your first night

No vocabulary needed.

Most of our guests had never had proper sool before they sat down. That’s who we built the bar for.

Tell us what you like

Natural wine, sour beer, peaty whisky, jasmine tea. We start from something you already know.

Drink what’s open

The bottles already open are at their best tonight. We’ll steer you there, glass by glass.

Take your favourite home

Every bottle on the list is 15% off to take home.

Good to know

Before you come.

Do I need to know anything about sool?

No. Tell us what you like to drink anywhere else and we’ll take it from there.

There are four of us. Can we book?

Groups of four or fewer just walk in: the counter is kept for walk-ins.

Is there food?

Small bites made for sool: Beef Crack (our crispy jerky), Gangneung pyeonyuk with nuruk salt, and a plate of three pâtés from Maison Jo.

Something without alcohol?

Korean sparkling teas and sparkling water.

Age

Adults only: 19 and over. We may ask for ID.
